- The registration system will open in May.
- At least one author of each accepted abstract/proposal has to complete online registration before September 15 to ensure inclusion of the presentation in the conference program.
- The registration fee includes admission to all plenary sessions, forums, presentation sessions, lunches, refreshments, and the reception. Additional fees apply for Workshops and Educational Tours.
- General attendees (non-presenters) must complete registration by October 21. To cancel a registration, an email must be sent to the conference Secretariat (apera.tera2025@gmail.com) before October 21 to process the refund.

- 每篇文章至少需一位作者於 9 月 15 日前完成註冊及繳費，以確保排入發表場次。
- 註冊費包含大會演講、主題論壇、發表場次、午餐、茶點、及招待茶會等參與費用。工作坊及教育參訪部分需另外收費。
- 一般與會者（無發表者），請於 10 月 21 日前完成報名。如需要取消報名，請於 10 月 21 日前 e-mail 至大會秘書處（apera.tera2025@gmail.com），俾辦理退費作業。
